ABOUT MICHAEL HARRIS
Leading by Example
I’m Michael Harris, and I’m running for Pelham City Council. I’m not a politician—I’m just a local guy who loves this city and wants to do right by it. I’ve lived in Pelham since 1982, graduated from Pelham High in 2000, and now I’m raising my own family here with my wife, Ashley, and our four kids—Corbin, Carly, Camryn, and Collins.
You might know me from Three M Karts, the family business I’ve been running since 2001. My roots are blue-collar—my dad was a firefighter—so I grew up knowing the value of hard work and public service. I’ve been coaching kids in our community since 2015 through Pelham Parks & Rec and served as the past president of the Parks & Rec Advisory Board.
In 2023, I was honored to be appointed to the City Council to fill a vacant seat. Since then, I’ve focused on listening, learning, and doing what’s best for our city—not what’s politically convenient. I believe in continuing progress together—keeping Pelham on the right path by working as a team and staying connected to the people who live here.
I am a champion for Pelham—not because I have all the answers, but because I care enough to show up, speak up, and work hard for our city’s future.
